    Garrow consistently describes every day King was not in Selma as uneventful or quiet this even extends to the day that Jimmie Lee Jackson died Well researched, but blatantly ignorant of happenings outside of King and SCLC.

    Very interesting I haven t read a lot of books about the time and have only had it covered very basically in school so I was interested to read Garrow has a very approachable style of writing.
