    i won this book on june 14, its now aug 12 and i still never got it its stressing me out i finally got this book at the end of aug i never could do meditation or deep breathing correctly but it did offer a good suggestion that you think of 3 positive things about yourself every day and increase it in timethere are some good points that might help others in this book im going to donate it to the local womens shelter in hopes it will help someoneanks for sending it to me
