  1. Nərmin

Sweet and emotional Not the best but it is a nice manga First loves , childhood passions and music And Tsubaki Kousei moment was so kawai Get ready for the competition

  2. Blue October

It s started the excitement, 2 characters shown up.They know arima 2 years ago, a boy and a girl. And in this volume you ll understand the relationship between arima and tsubaki.Yeah it s good volume

  3. Kailey (BooksforMKs)

This volume introduces the pianists desperately trying to beat Arima Kousei in a piano competition The competition is tough, but poor Kousei is dealing with his own problems There s so much depth to this story

  4. Claire

Loving this series These are an awesome group of friends I fear this series may destroy me Why do I think that Kaori will die before this series ends

  5. Laura Martinelli

I need to mention again that my only knowledge of Your Lie in April until now has been various gifsets on Tumblr, leading to a vague idea of what the series was about I knew it was about classical music competitions, I knew that Kaori had an illness and therefore fated to die, and that there was pubescent love triangle between the main characters While the second volume started showing signs of said love triangle, I actually really like how it s handled in this volume I really liked that this be [...]

  7. Chloé

I absolutely adore this series I especially love this volume, as it contains some of my favorite Kosei and Kaori moments This volume also has so many quotable moments Being a pianist myself though not half as good as Kosei , this manga series hits me in the feels every so often with just how true the things Kaori says are Music is freedom, and it does transcend words Though I was never on the Tsubaki and Kosei ship, they do have some nice conversations in this volume that I really do like Overal [...]

  8. Jenna (Bookiemoji)

Another outstanding entry, where we get to see each of the characters, in turn, be less than perfect This volume is leading up the what will likely be a long and intense piano competition It s so good, I need to keep reading But it s getting late Oh, the struggle Also has anyone else noticed how much these characters cry and sweat It s astounding that they re not shriveling up with dehydration haha

  9. Nicola Mansfield

Very intense and emotionally exhausting This volume concentrates on Arima s non stop practicing for his upcoming competition Kaori is very demanding of him but also highly encouraging their relationship has become very close and tight We get a lot of flashbacks also bringing background and insight into Arima and hs friend s personalities There are many fun, light hearted moments, but I m mostly finding this story s themes to be quite powerful.

  10. Gaisce

The story continues to get better and move into Kousei s journey to take up the piano again What would normally be a breather prelude volume is filled with meaning as we get into Tsubaki s complicated feelings and learn about Kousei s mother Spoiler alert she continues to be the worst

  11. Natalia Paez

Es emocionante ver el punto de vista de la historia donde Kousei es mas que un solo pianista, es la inspiraci n, la emoci n y sue o Aun lucha por encontrar la calma y es lindo ver como sigue perseverante garcias a Kaori.

  12. Jason

Damn it all, I know where this whole thing is headed, and I feel helpless to stop myself from going along for the ride There s so much in the expressions on the characters faces and the looks they give each other subtle but powerful.

  13. Chelsea

With each new volume the characters, especially the secondary characters, become three dimensional This manga is so cute and and a bit heart wrenching I need to go read the other one now to find out what happens in Kosei s music competition.

  14. Agnes Budianto

Ceritanya sama persis kayak di anime, jadi makin suka, dan sayangnya saya masih kurang suka dengan grafisnya.

  15. Susan

I didn t like this installment as much as the previous ones I m generally not a fan of shojo, but I love this series It s a nice break from my usual shounen.

  16. Melainebooks

J aime vraiment beaucoup ce manga autour du piano.Deux anciens rivaux de Kosei d barquent dans l histoire.
