Riveting read that draw you in until the end. This short sci fi romance novella by Grant Boshoff was an unexpected surprise I am already a big sci fi romance buff and have strong allegiance to my favorite authors, so from the get go I had no expectations beyond getting in a light read Then I started reading and the first surprise was how very well written the story is It is nothing like half the tripe out there masquerading as sci fi or romance Rather it had a solid grasp of characters and an act [...]

Explore the spectacular Hyperion from the eyes of four characters aboard this massive outer space cruise ship The plot revolves around a beautiful, mysterious woman aboard the TwinSun Luxury Lines ship The six month voyage is filled with mystery, suspense, romance, and sabotage A clever assassin, a fantastical holodeck arena, and the fate of a beautiful twin star solar system await you in this fun short story The author does a wonderful job with an interesting, almost poetic, writing style using [...]

A great read I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the author s insistence in spelling desert as dessert Maybe he was on a diet when he wrote it Other than that, this is well worth reading.

A very good short sci fi novella that could easily have been turned in to a full length novel The characters are vividly written and the author does a good job of making them come to life in the readers mind. This story has a little bit of everything, romance, joy, sadness, a hero, a heroine, and a villain The secondary characters are believable and have their own story within the story. One of my favorite lines from the book is when Jeros says, Women are difficult enough creatures to understand w [...]

this was a super quick read 1 sitting It s pace was good, it s story and characters interesting enough for it s length which was fairly short and I think I was most appreciative of what was not said and had to be inferred at the end.My only real complaint the author needs a better editor Dessert is what you eat Desert is where you get lost Nuf said.

I came across this short novella quite by accident and was surprised at the depth of character development the author was able to achieve in such a unique format the whole story is written entirely from 1st person present tense of the lead characters It s a unique read that is fast paced, entertaining, and might even make you shed a tear Wonderful read for a lazy afternoon

I felt the ending was a bit rushed, and the story was a bit thin, however, it was fun, it was kind of like reading an early episode of Star Trek TNG I wonder if that was the intent I would have given it stars if that were the case, and it could have been entertaining if it had characterization.

This is an engaging story that begs to be read again as once was not enough The only thing it leaves me wanting for is More words More pages I definitely look forward to from this author

I was disappointed at the small amount of story telling The layout and style appears a bit dated I barely notice its arrival perfunctory writing at best It can t hold a candle to the great Sci Fi compendiums of the past.
