Perhaps I have now learned to eschew Romantic Suspense novels The suspense is fine, but the romantic aspect could be shoved I shall keep this in mind the next time I go to a book sale Yes, and we shall see how well I do at that This was an okay book, but it seemed to get bogged down at times For the crime involved, there was a great deal of killing Aidan and Olivia made a nice couple, but do you notice that all heroes and heroines are always tall, good looking and sometimes even well dressed I w [...]

I was lost in the beginning I couldn t keep characters straight between what was happening in London vs NY After a few chapters it got better The mystery part was fun I liked the inept bad guys because they were so over the top stupid The sex was way over the top I m okay with a little romance but some of this was in your face, frequently I didn t realize I was such a prude Overall I enjoyed it as a funny romantic comedy, with guns.

this was a lack luster romantic suspense for me the villains were inept and ridiculous the heroes fell into bed and then love and all while they were running for their lives the girl was somewhat clueless and helpless, whilst simultaneously being intelligent and independent the fellow was a detective who didn t behave anything like one was sort of dumb.

Fans of Sandra Brown s steamy romantic suspense often find Stella Cameron s books fulfilling Cameron began writing historical romance, but has recently made the move into romantic suspense Both Sandra Brown and Stella Cameron write stories of independent heroines in danger, and often include a hint of jet setting glamour.
