    Only three stars for this Adizes tome on corporate life cycles I enjoyed his theory and systematic approach to the different stages of a company s life through courtship and infancy to what he calls the final decline Salem City and finally death Even part two where he describes the four factors or management roles in organizations paei and how those four factors intersect and work together was interesting What became tedious was how he threw these Ps and Es and Is and As at me in every sentence [...]
