The idea behind this book is the Blood Type Diet It s interesting but in no place in the book does it give any scientific reasoning behind why a diet based on your blood type would work.I have to admit when I read the description of a Type A person it sounds just like me, but it suggest I eat a vegetarian diet, with almost no legumes I don t want to be dependent on Soy for my protein I m not a good vegetarian I do love my veggies, but I ve tried being a vegetarian, and it s just not for me.
